International and Non-Contiguous US - No exchanges, returns for refunds only. 


  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • Please declare the items in the return as "returned goods". 
  • When a different item is desired, the original item will be returned for a refund, and the customer will place a separate order for the new item(s).
  • Returned products must be in new, unworn condition and shouldn't show signs of wear (e.g., sole scuffs or vamp creasing).
  • Once we receive the “unworn” item(s), we will process the refund within 72 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once it is processed.
