US Orders - ReturnsUpdated a day ago
Start a US return or exchange here to create your electronic prepaid return label. Once the photos are uploaded, your return label will be emailed to you at the email used when placing the order.
- Returned products must be in new, unworn condition and shouldn't show signs of wear (e.g., sole scuffs or vamp creasing).
- Once we receive the “unworn” item(s), we will process the refund within 72 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once it is processed.
*If your return request is outside the 15-day return window, you will be able to process your request as a store credit or exchange only.
