KangarooUpdated 9 minutes ago

We find that treating kangaroo as any other bovine leather is best. We recommend using a neutral conditioner like Venetian Leather Balm and Saphir Renovateur. You do not need to condition or treat the leather brand new. We condition the leather after production at our warehouse and typically again before shipping.

You can use a damp microfiber cloth (or an old 100% cotton t-shirt) to remove dust, dirt, gunk, or other debris from the upper leather. Remember to clean the welts; a damp Q-tip can remove stuck-on grime on the welts. After letting the leather dry, use a new microfiber cloth or an old T-shirt to apply an even layer of neutral conditioner, e.g., Venetian Leather Balm or Saphir Renovateur, over the uppers (starting at the tongue or the heel). Give each boot a good few minutes to let the conditioner soak in before vigorously brushing the leather for two to three minutes per shoe.
