• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• When a different item is desired, the original item will be returned for a refund, and a separate order is to be placed by the customer for the new item(s).
• Returned products must be in new, unworn condition. Products cannot show any signs of wear (sole scuffs or vamp creasing).
• Once we receive the “unworn” item(s) we will process the refund within 72 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once it is processed.
