International Orders (excludes contiguous US and EU) - No exchanges, returns for refunds only.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Please declare the items in the return as "returned goods".
- When a different item is desired, the original item will be returned for a refund, and the customer will place a separate order for the new item(s).
- Returned products must be in new, unworn condition and shouldn't show signs of wear (e.g., sole scuffs or vamp creasing).
- Once we receive the “unworn” item(s), we will process the refund within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it is processed.
