How do I return or exchange my order?Updated a month ago

  • Our footwear tends to run large compared to most brands. Customers are encouraged to contact us in advance for sizing assistance.

  • Free exchange - Click the link below to create an electronic prepaid FedEx return label. Only one exchange is permitted.

  • Refunds - A $15 restocking fee per pair is held when using the prepaid label service below. 

  • Returned products must be in new, unworn condition. Once a photo of your footwear is reviewed, a pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to your email. Please allow two business days to receive a return label.
  • Once the returned items are received, the exchange or refund will be processed within 72 business hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once it is complete.
    • Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
    • Suppose you'd like to try a couple of sizes side by side. In that case, you can order two items and return whichever you prefer for a refund. Yes, you'll pay the $15 restocking fee, but you'll save time and be able to try both at once, ruling out the item(s) that don't work.
