Contiguous US - Enjoy seamless exchanges and refunds within 15 days of delivery.
- Free exchange - Click the link below to create an electronic prepaid FedEx return label. Only one exchange is permitted.
- Refunds - A $15 restocking fee per pair is held when using the prepaid label service below.
- Returned products must be in new, unworn condition. Once a photo of your footwear is reviewed, a pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to your email. Please allow two business days to receive a return label.
- Once the returned items are received, the exchange or refund will be processed within 72 business hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- Suppose you'd like to try a couple of sizes side by side. In that case, you can order two items and return whichever you prefer (customers shipping outside the US are encouraged to contact us in advance for sizing assistance).
